Short answer
Most homes take a few hours. Exterior-only cleanings on smaller, single-story homes can be quick; large two-story homes with inside-and-out service, lots of divided panes, or heavy buildup can take most of a day. We give you an expected time window when we schedule.

Exterior only vs. inside and out
One story vs. two or more
Screens and track detailing
Time since the last cleaning, hard-water spotting, or construction residue
Access: steep lots, tight side yards, or landscaping around the windows
Do you have to wait around?
For exterior-only cleanings, no — we just need gate access. For interior work, someone 18 or older needs to let us in. See do I need to be home for window cleaning.
