Short answer
Not for exterior-only cleaning — just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside. For interior window cleaning, someone 18 or older needs to be home to let us in.
Exterior-only visits
Plenty of customers are at work while we clean the outside of their windows. Leave side gates unlocked, bring pets in, and turn sprinklers off for the day. We'll send you a note when we're done, and if anything needs your attention we'll call or text.
Inside-and-out visits
For interior glass we need someone 18 or older at home. Inside, we wear shoe covers and use drop cloths and corner guards. You're welcome to go about your day — we'll find you for the final walkthrough.
