How accurate is the instant price?οΌ
Our AI measures your roofline from your photo, using things like your front door and garage for scale. We confirm the footage on site β if it's different, your balance is adjusted up or down to match.
Do I buy the lights?οΌ
No β you lease them. We own the lights, so burnt-out bulbs, storage, and replacements are our problem, not yours. Your price covers installation, maintenance while they're up (free bulb replacement and re-hanging), takedown, and storage.
How does payment work?οΌ
Half is due today: a 50% deposit books your install date, and you can sign and pay it securely right after you get your quote. The other half is due on install day. On a 3- or 5-season lease, every year after your first install is cheaper, and it's paid as a monthly membership: right after your install we split next season into 12 monthly payments, so by this time next year your lights are already paid for.
Why choose a 3- or 5-season lease?οΌ
Your first season includes buying and cutting the lights for your home. After that, every season is cheaper β $200 off per season on a 3-season lease, $299 off per season on a 5-season lease.
Can I pick any colors?οΌ
Yes. Choose warm white, multicolored, candy cane, blue & white, red & green β or go custom with up to four colors in the pattern you want. Or choose smart bulbs ($9/ft) and change colors and patterns yourself from your phone anytime. Add walkway and path lights ($6/ft), bush nets, window outlines, real or pre-lit wreaths ($150), and bows ($75). Tree and post wraps are custom-priced after we see them.
When should I book?οΌ
Now. Prime install dates (mid-November through early December) fill up fast, and booking early locks in your spot. We install through the season, but the best evenings go first.
What if a bulb burns out?οΌ
We fix it, free, the whole time your lights are up. That's the difference between a pro install and a DIY strand from the store β your display stays flawless through the holidays.
Do you take the lights down?οΌ
Yes. After the holidays we remove everything, label it, and store it for next season β no tangled boxes in your garage.
