My lot is steep — can you still clean all my windows?
Usually. We walk the property first and choose poles or ladders based on where we can work safely. If any glass can't be reached safely, we'll say so before quoting it.
Does wildfire smoke damage windows?
Smoke and ash leave a grimy film, but it isn't usually harmful to the glass. It comes off with a normal window cleaning — the sooner after smoke season, the easier.
