About Ashford Greens
Cleaning windows in Ashford Greens
Ashford Greens is a neighborhood in west Meridian, near Black Cat Road and Ustick Road. Ada County records show it was platted in 8 phases between 1997 and 2004, covering roughly 72 acres.
The nearest park, Seasons Park, is about 0.5 miles away, and Ponderosa Elementary School is nearby. It borders or sits near Lakeview Golf Course, so course irrigation is part of the picture on nearby glass. Whether it's a one-time cleaning or a recurring plan, we can quote any Ashford Greens home for free — usually the same day.
What we see on Ashford Greens homes
Aging double-pane seals
Double-pane windows from the '80s and '90s are reaching the age where seals fail. If you see fog between the panes, that's a seal issue, not dirt — we'll point out any we notice while cleaning.
Irrigation spotting
This area falls inside the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District boundaries. Sprinkler overspray from irrigation water dries into mineral spots on lower glass, which is easiest to remove before it bakes on all summer.
Course-side glass
Homes facing Lakeview Golf Course take sprinkler spray from the course as well as their own yards, so back windows need more attention than the front.

Our approach
How we clean Ashford Greens windows
In Ashford Greens we clean exterior glass with purified water that dries spot-free, using water-fed poles for second-story windows. Inside, glass is hand-squeegeed with shoe covers and drop cloths down. Screens are washed, sills and tracks are wiped, and any hard-water spotting is pointed out before we start.

Anything we missed? Call 208-247-0013 — a real person answers.
Do you clean windows in Ashford Greens?
Yes. Ashford Greens is in west Meridian, part of our regular Meridian service area. Request a free quote and we'll text you an itemized price — usually the same day.
Why are the lower windows on my Ashford Greens home so spotted?
Usually sprinkler or irrigation water drying on the glass. Fresh spots come off in a normal cleaning; spots that have baked on for a season need a hard-water treatment we quote before starting. See how to stop sprinklers from spotting windows.
